In this capacity, I played a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and performance of our contact center solution, contributing to the seamless communication experiences delivered by Amazon Connect on a global scale. ### Software Engineer @ Coyote Logistics Jan 2018 – Jan 2020 | Chicago, Illinois • Developed and improved Coyote's existing cross platform Mobile Applications for Android and IOS, utilizing technologies and frameworks such as React Native, Redux, Mapbox, Azure Cloud services, and Firebase in an agile/scrum environment. • Continuously integrated Unit Tests with Jest and Enzyme, pushing code coverage to over 90%, to ensure reliable production builds • Contributed towards the development of products through the entire software life-cycle, from requirements definition till successful deployment • Updated existing backend services and stored procedures developed in C# and Microsoft SQL Server Projects: Coyote Go Redesign: Rebuilt the company’s principal mobile application, CoyoteGo, from the ground up as part of a high profile redesign project. Was a primary contributor from day one, and worked closely with UX designers, stakeholders, project managers and developers to support the entire life-cycle of the application. This includes, but is not limited to the Application's CI/CD pipeline, initial architecture of the app, testing frameworks, analytics, beta testing, and ultimately successful deployment to the Google Play and IOS App stores. Four months after the app's release, it's rating went from 3.5 to 4.2 on Google Play, and 3.6 to 4.6 on the App Store Coyote Tracking: Designed and built Coyote's in-house mobile tracking solution for Android using the Kotlin language. The tracking module provided real-time tracking and driver visibility to carriers who use CoyoteGo. The module runs natively as a foreground service and with permission, gathers location data from GPS, WiFi, Cell towers, and other location based applications on the device. Coyote Intern Project: Served as a mentor and a primary reviewer for Coyote's 2019 summer intern project.
