• Spent a year in our Growth Acquisitions team helping own and maintain our logged-out application. Worked on website performance initiatives (optimizing core web vitals), various SEO projects, helped lay down the foundation for our initial integration with a CMS (Contentful), helped port our entire logged-out experience from fragmented apps to a single server side rendered React app, enabled subfolder localization, and more
• Scoped, built, and launched Coinbase Learn (coinbase.com/learn) - our educational content hub. Integrated with a CMS (Contentful) and built a dynamic learning experience optimized for SEO and mobile devices
• Founding member of the Coinbase One subscription team. Helped scope, build, and launch Coinbase One (coinbase.com/one), one of the first ever crypto subscription products on the market offering benefits such as zero trading fees, boosted staking rewards, priority support, and more. Helped build out core flows on both web and mobile, shipped numerous experiments and features, and helped grow the team
• Led our funnel pod to focus on growth initiatives and international expansion. Built key upsell flows responsible for a significant chunk of daily signups, led engineering efforts to expand into 20+ countries
