● Owned front-­end application and built automated campaign creation product. Worked closely with CEO and designer to create and refine product ideas into build-able features

● Built internal and public facing REST APIs to handle reading and writing of reporting data for ad campaigns

● Consumed and integrated over a dozen external Ad Network APIs with our own, centralizing clients' analytics. Scraped networks’ sites with Selenium when public API was unavailable.

● Implemented pixel perfect, responsive UI from designer mockups with Bootstrap, HTML5, and CSS.

At one point I wanted to get a PhD in economics and become an academic. Although my career path has changed, I remain passionate about economics.

I worked as a research assistant to Professor James Heckman at the University of Chicago. Our research focused primarily on human capital and the returns to education. How can we effectively prepare citizens for the transition to a primarily high-skilled labor market? At what ages can education policy make the most impact? How changeable is IQ? personality? What is the rate of return for different education policies. How much would the government have to spend to facilitate a smooth transition to a high skilled labor economy?

My primary duties were programming economic models and wrangling datasets with Python, R, Stata, and MATLAB, as well as writing and presenting research papers at workshops and seminars.
