Within Gusto I had the privilege of working with several different product teams to ship dozens of features and an entire new product line across the business. Within the product, I worked on building out features for larger companies that enabled us to launch product tiers, was the primary designer for our Trust & Safety team and supporting the CX team, and was the solo designer founder for a new business area within Gusto, facilitating our small-but-mighty team's growth from 3 to 30+ employees.

For the design team I helped develop our process for design critiques, start our "design publicity" effort to streamline how we talked about our work to enable hiring, and initiated our retrospective process to help the design team continue to work as well as possible together.

Focused on end-to-end mobile and web product design — making the world of DJing simpler, more fun, and more awesome. At Crossfader I took rough ideas and mold them into prototypes, then refined visual designs and worked closely with engineers through the building and QA processes.

Also I ran sprint planning and scrum meetings, and keep lines of communication open / team priorities up-to-date.
