Our mission at Sleeper is to connect people over sports!

I joined the team as the second IC designer and helped scale the product from a single-game app to a social sports-platform with a dozen fantasy games, daily-fantasy sports, communities, scores-tracking and various new verticals.

While at Chime, I was the sole product designer partnering with three Growth Product Managers and a dozen engineers to create experiences optimizing the acquisition (paid and organic), activation, conversion and referral funnels

Acquired by Target, Shipt is a three-sided marketplace and delivery service giving members next-hour access to goods from 50+ retailers across the US

I led and executed projects on both the member and shopper apps:

• Redesigned check-out flow for members including the addition of support for Apple Pay in order to lower purchasing-friction and cart-abandonment rate
• Reimagined the entire order fulfillment process for shoppers to increase efficiency and decrease human-error; the results drove up CSAT and tips, thereby increasing shopper-stickiness
• Crafted a new onboarding experience to increase rate of shoppers going on a first shop by 18%, contributing to an overall lowering of CAC

### UX Designer @ Mercari, Inc.

Mercari is a peer-to-peer marketplace app with 100+ million downloads worldwide

• Designed core features to better the user-experience for buyers and sellers
• Reduced fraud risk via designing of security features (report user/ report item) and KYC flows (KBA & micro-deposit verification) for flagged, suspicious members in order to recapture previously declined accounts; >60% of flagged users completed and passed these procedures
• Strategized and led a team of designers to execute user research campaigns, including analyzing results from qualitative and quantitative research to plan for future feature development

Partnered with early-stage startups to help improve their product experiences via user research and design – client projects include:
• LaughRadio/ Laughly (seed-funded) – conducted in-depth user research (interviews, card-sorting, tree-testing and prototype testing) to completely redesign the architecture and information hierarchy of a digital media app
• Literator (private) – performed contextual inquiries with educators to discover paintpoints and eventually design a new product to add to the company's suite of literacy and educational products
• Knowhere News (series A) – designed an innovative mvp web-app including unique interactions that helps users browse aggregated-news in an unbiased fashion
• Atlas (Cardinal Ventures funded; Stanford incubator) – improved mood-tracking feature in their mobile app that helps users manage their depression
