Advanced Research Engineer for Mechanical Hardware Section of the Longhorn Rocketry Association. Used CAD to design airbrake systems along with CFD and FEA to test and model the airbrake system during compressible flight. Used 3D printing with various filaments and settings to optimize durability, size, and weight.
The Chief Engineer for UT Austin's AIAA Aircraft Design Competition Bureau. Manage development logistics, timetables, and design decisions concerning the aircraft proposal to replace the Navy's F/A-18 Hornet. Working with ANSYS CFD and FEA along with Fusion CAD to develop and rigorously test a design proposal for this challenge.
