Leveraged Twilio APIs, GCP Cloud Functions , and React to build a push notifications system that instantly alerts dispatchers of delivery issues, resulting in streamlined order management and improved customer satisfaction.
Actively contributed to the Real Time Tracking project, which provides carriers and shippers with the ability to see real time updates on an order’s exact latitude and longitude/location while it is currently in progress, utilizing Mapbox, and a custom geolocation algorithm.
Researched, architected a solution, wrote the tech spec, and implemented a set of updates to the web platform during a major rebuild/rewrite - transitioning from Google Firebase & Redux to GraphQL, Hasura & Apollo.
Developed and released a teammates page where customers can request to add other team members to their account, which supported additional account creations via the web platform.
Led a Notes Epic to enable Carriers and Shippers to provide additional information to their orders, improving the communication flow within the platform - entailing frontend and backend business logic.
Resolved a myriad of tech debt and bugs, including issues stemming from a Twilio SMS integration and workflow.
