Responding to helpline questions via email, SMS, and live calls, utilizing my training to provide an empathetic ear and provide resources to those individuals and family members struggling with mental illness. I also help staff members with other tasks like collecting research and providing resource repositories.

Lead designer for automation features on AppSheet, a no-code tool allowing users to make applications with their own data, democratizing access to cloud technologies and engineering tools. I collaborated with various Google teams and locations including oversees.

Lead designer on the data team where I worked with healthcare workers, analysts, ML / Data Scientists, and engineers to help make the patient journey easier. In particular I worked on data heavy projects to help with transparency and goal driven dashboards and visualizations.
