With 12+ years across B2B SaaS and enterprise UX, I work at the intersection where system architecture meets human judgment. My focus is the problems that don't show up in usability tests: confidence boundaries, silence as signal, classification decisions that compound into churn.

I'm the creator of Sovereign UX — a framework for designing AI systems that are honest about the limits of their own knowledge. It's been applied to agentic AI, post-sales platforms, and decision-support tools where getting it wrong has real consequences.
