Built several APIs to support both our app and consumer web applications.
Highlighted projects:
Templatized SMS for restaurants to configure their sms messages and a restaurant facing UI tool for managers to change their sms messages
Helped architect and build Booking reservation and availability logic
Migrated from scheduled jobs to using pub/sub architecture (Pulsar) to update our team’s restaurant data and employee data whenever there is a change from Toast Core’s DB changes.
Led and built the Management Portal tool with 2 engineers as resource. Management Portal is a restaurant facing tool that allows restaurants to configure their Toast Booking settings to best fit their waitlist and reservation operation.
Successfully launched the Two-Way SMS project which will allow restaurants to communicate with customers via Twilio SMS.

Member of the Delivery Experience Management Team under Order Management Software
Successfully delivered initiative to create a new Track Package page for European customers. Led the initial investigation to correctly gather tracking information from our European engineering team. Built the backend layer to source tracking data from different internal APIs and correctly parsing and sourcing to our GraphQL fields. Coordinated with our team's senior frontend engineer to make sure that GraphQL contract is aligned. Delivered Jan 2021

Currently working on Wayfair’s SMS platform, Email System, and My Order’s Track Package Page
Worked as the SMS expert for the team by teaching members about the SMS platform and working with different departments to extend SMS to their platform
Spearheaded launching Wayfair’s SMS program in Canada. I worked closely with Heywire (Salesforce), a 3rd party SMS sending company, to successfully integrate Canada SMS
Launched SMS subscription feature in the Track Package Page to Canadian customers. This increased ~50 daily subscription rate to over 600 daily subscription rate
Created a new SMS message – Order Reminder SMS that is used to communicate to customers when their order’s ship to delivery date difference is greater than 4 days. This new SMS reduced Call Per Order (CPO) metric for Where is My Stuff (WIMS) category by 40%

Work full-stack software engineering with PHP, Javascript (Tungsten.js/ Backbone.js), SASS, and Microsoft SQL Server to build the My Account page for all Wayfair affiliated websites.

Founded a hotline service as a joint project with Korean Church of Boston to serve our community by providing audio content to bring fun and joy during the Covid-19 crisis. We update our hotline with new audio contents every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in both Korean and English. Call our number and give it a try! 1-888-520-0539
As the lead project manager, I worked with Telzio Inc. to set up our FlowerSori hotline service and make sure that the hotline runs smoothly. I coordinate with our audio content creators to make sure we upload most relevant and useful information and content to best serve our community.

Communicate with Student Activities Office for proper financial allocation
Direct meetings with engineering companies for funding and donations (Wayfair, AT&T, etc)
Manage $12,000 dollars of yearly funding for planning events and allocating budgets for class officers.
Propose social events for engineering students to allow students to meet other students and faculty members.
Speak directly to Deans, Presidents, and other administration faculties to seek help to better students’ experience
