• Developed the backbone face-detection algorithm for the application from scratch to capture human face patterns from short videos using OpenCV and MediaPipe.
• Implemented a deep learning model with PyTorch based on a photonics paper which recognizes complex color patterns on short movies of human face to produce accurate predictions on physiological measurements. Visualized the predictions by plotting and graphing using Matplotlib library.
• Engineered robust Microservices Architecture API solutions utilizing Spring Boot and Spring Cloud, which enforce a domain driven design and improve flexibility and efficiency.
• Leveraged Redis to enable data caching mechanisms, which boosted average response speed by 40%.
