I help enterprise clients design products/services and envision future user experiences with emerging technologies such as cognitive, blockchain, etc.

I shape operational outcomes across teams and disciplines on the portfolio & studio level to influence offerings and vision, such as Design System as a Service, Design & User Experience (D&UX) review, and Design with Salesforce.

Also, as a Studio Ambassador, I contribute to the global design community (~30 studios) and actively share expertise and guidance through mentorship and coaching internally and externally.

Prototyping Lead, interaction designer, and accessibility advocate on multiple projects to build next-generation higher education learning applications and e-commerce, both responsive web and mobile apps. I developed and iterated rapidly on prototypes of varying fidelity to express design intent, conduct usability testings, and demonstrate the concept to leadership. Also, I created and managed Design Language System.
