Lead Product Designer at Zendesk, overseeing the design of internal developer tools including incident detection dashboards, account management services, feature flags, and continuous delivery systems. I was also responsible for the design of Admin Center, a centralized hub for managing settings across the Zendesk Suite and AI features.

I led client-facing, cross-platform design workstreams from strategy through execution, directing user research, product design, and rapid prototyping to translate complex business challenges into validated digital solutions. I also facilitated design thinking workshops to align early-stage problem framing with tangible product outcomes, generating measurable value for both clients and end users.

As a member of an interdisciplinary medical research team at CCHMC's NICU, I participated in onsite ethnographic research and led concept generation workshops with medical staff for an EHR-based oxygen saturation (SpO2) data optimization project.

I also designed user flows, UIs and visual systems for three medical web applications.
