Contributed to core success metric improvements over a year, adoption 4% to 56%, CSAT 59 to 74 (+25%), and revenue per DAU €4.48 to €32.39. Since release, the product has reached 3.5M+ user sessions across 183 countries.
Drove UX design for Kreativ Measurements, a cross-platform digital experience that visualizes dimensions and spacing in 3D rooms, helping users assess furniture fit and reduce returns. Launched globally in Oct 2025 with 71% adoption.
Led end-to-end UX for HELA Non-Lidar (Android), an AI-driven floorplan scan experience that generates 3D room models. Iterated designs cross-functionally through design sprints, using feedback from 100+ usability tests. Planned launch: 2025.

Worked closely with product managers to shape product vision, business requirements, user journeys, and roadmap, spearheading design for customer and worker-facing new features in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Built the first design guide to establish design standards, best practices, and UI patterns. Led iterative design from sketches to high-fidelity prototypes, evaluating trade-offs against user needs and business goals, and handed off design specifications to engineers to ensure build quality.

Owned 0→1 UX for Theme Designer, an enterprise B2B web tool enabling Web3 brands to customize NFT marketplace storefronts. Conducted competitive research and co-defined the product roadmap with PMs, established information architecture and a design guide consistent with the Fluent Design System, and built 40+ high-fidelity prototypes across 4 iteration rounds for engineering implementation.
Core designer on “Web3 Onboarder,” building a 0→1 Web3 education product in 3 weeks. The demo received strong recognition from Microsoft’s Corporate Vice President.
Benchmarked 10+ AI image-generation tools, surfacing strengths, gaps, and opportunities to shape product direction for Microsoft’s generative AI platform.
Delivered 19 NFT artworks generated with Midjourney, distributed to 2,400+ employees at Microsoft China’s 2023 annual gala. Designed the event’s key visual, displayed on the main stage for the full audience.
