• Collaborated with Merchandising and UX team to build rich campaign site experience, including creating site visual materials(homepage hero images, icons, push notifications, emails, etc) for both web and mobile
• Conducted homepage hero image A/B tests to learn shoppers’ clicking/buying behavior, and relationship between ads visual type and user engagement 
• Optimized hero image modules and visual directions that obtain higher user engagement (higher CTR and CVR)
