Build Network Infrastructures.

Mainly focus on large-scale datacenter networking. Familiar with distributed SDN controller architecture, traffic/topology engineering; Familiar with networking modeling systems and management workflows.

Kaiwu: User behavior analysis system for Baidu Union(ADs) group.

• Focused on improving the query classifying system, applying techs like feature selection, word2vec, word weight analysis.

Weigou (New product):

• Participated in the development of the back-end system, including as, bs, ers, pfs, qfs, pws.

• Design and implement the item ranking model, applying entropy and optimization theories.

• Predicted the click through rate (ctr) of items with logistic regression model, including extracting features from dimensions like page, query, and user, building data cleaning model to exclude the affect of page and query on item ctr statistics, and developed automatic scripts to run the tasks of data cleaning, training, and prediction (based on Hadoop and MPI). Overall ctr was improved by 5%.

• Participated in the development of the back-end systems.
