Executive Leadership: Led a cross-functional organization of 12 designers to execute a comprehensive visual and UX transformation of the entire Eightfold AI product suite, aligning the platform with a cohesive "Intelligence Experience" vision.

Octuple Design System: Spearheaded the architecture and launch of Octuple, Eightfold’s centralized design system. Built and managed a dedicated systems team to deliver a production-ready component library and documentation within 90 days, establishing a unified foundation for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and AI-native products.

Technical Design Architecture: Personally architected the system’s technical baseline by coding CSS/Sass design tokens using atomic design principles. Integrated structures for AI coding agents to interpret patterns and accessibility guidelines, reducing design-to-production time by 40% and ensuring a single source of truth between Figma and React code.

Agentic UX & AI Integration: Served as the primary design strategist for integrating Generative AI features, including "Copilot," "AI Interviewer," and "AI Interview Companion." Translated complex LLM capabilities into intuitive, user-centric recruiting and management assistants through end-to-end architectural guidance.

Operational Excellence: Modernized departmental workflows by implementing 3-day rapid user testing cycles and integrating generative AI design tools. These initiatives doubled the collective productivity of the Content Design, Research, and Technical Writing teams while significantly reducing design debt across 16+ product squads.

Product Impact: Directed the design of the Career Hub’s Development Plan, a flagship feature utilized by Fortune 500 corporations for enterprise-scale performance reviews. The tool currently supports tens of thousands of active users and serves as a key driver for employee growth and upskilling.

Joined and led the internal designers to form a design department inside the Lifion Development Platform org. Hired five more designers, including a design leader to strengthen UX teams across the company. Built and managed a team of four designers to support 16 different scrum teams with 28 different projects happening at the same time.

Built the design system from scratch for the different developer tools on the web-based platform. It is tokenized and theme supported in sass and uses only CSS and HTML for clearer and easier design to development communication and pixel perfect scaling for responsive web. Created a design scaling architecture using a modification of atomic design system to control the quality of the components proposed by design team members.

Designed and directed interfaces for GUI builders, API connectors, database providers, app logic building interfaces, mailing system interfaces, debuggers, log viewers, entity relationship diagrams, developer documentations structure, internal developer community website, and internal GIT user interface. Have filed and approvals pending for nine design patterns from USPTO.

• Led the browsing experience of category navigation flows and search experience of Fiverr.com.

• Solved matching problems by creating immediate and long-term solutions based on user research, user testing, and real-time data.

• These solutions resulted in a 5% increase in first-time buyers, a 10% increase in average sale price, and a 6% decrease in cancellation rate.

• I also built the skill testing flow for sellers to verify their skills and experience. I redesigned the navigation to improve the visibility of subcategories and nested categories within categories.

• I designed the portfolio gallery for sellers, a list view to support buyer experience, and redesigned the category, subcategory, and nested category pages.

• Led the WhisperSync for Voice design team with 3 direct reports

• Led the design of Audible listening features and ebook+audiobook buying options into the new Kindle Oasis 2017 version. Designed it to back support eligible previous Kindle ereaders.

• Responsible for end-to-end design process for the team, and planned & managed the design sprint for the team

• Successfully launched Audible's experience in Kindle Page-Flip, Prime Reading, Kindle Unlimited for Australia, and many more.

• Created unique personas for Audible + Kindle customers, educational materials and first time experience for them

• Established design guidelines and workflows

• Designed and launched Audible sales touch points and UX flows on Amazon and Kindle apps for all platforms

• These efforts have led to users finishing reading books 2.5x faster and increased the lifetime value of Audible subscription memberships by 1.8x. Helped the Kindle team with Bluetooth user interaction for e-readers and designed the scaling architecture for their Kindle experience update.
