• Lead cross-functional execution for the $40M hydrogen fuel cell product across commercial and defense markets, from roadmap to deployment.
• Deliver and define product vision, multi-year roadmaps, EVT/DVT/PVT stages, competitive benchmarking, define Hardware-as-a-service (HaaS) model, incorporating voice of customer to align product with business strategy objectives and market needs for fuel cell products ranging from 5 kW to 400 kW.

• Lead collaboration across defense and commercial customers, grant owners, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to deliver products from concept to launch.

• Take on any responsibility assigned by the VP of Engineering for the $5M CEC Grant funded Fuel Cell powered Small Harbor Craft Project.
• Own end to end hardware development for any mechanical engineering projects within the company including electric motor integration, cooling system design, electrical system design and control system design for the 250 kW fuel cell powered electric drive propulsion system.
• Own & contribute to the development and testing of the Drivetrain, Cooling System, Instrumentation and CAN Communication for the Fuel Cell Powertrain.
• Design and calibrate the control system for the Fuel Cell powered Small Harbor Craft’s ECU using MATLAB Simulink and other CAN BUS read/write tools.
• Create HIL (Hardware-in-loop) test benches for the software team to test on.
• Patent pending on coupling and control method for the electric motor with a stern drive drivetrain.
