I'm a designer of systems and experiences, passionate about crafting meaningful and tangible digital products that stand out from the crowd, yet put people at the center of the process.

I established a repeatable and transparent hiring methodology ​that covers active recruiting, passive talents pipelining and employee referrals as sources of new talent:

- set up assessment exercises and scorecards ​for all sales related roles ​to provide objective metric-based approach to applicant’s evaluation
