Worked closely with clients, and the internal team; delivered customized solutions for 2 big corporate clients and several small ones.

Led the design of eGEM from scratch, the modularized solution for small clients. Defined the design system for the sales rep web app that increased the UI standard and development efficiency. After the release, eGEM was serving 10+ clients whose businesses run across the Americas, Asia, and Europe. 70% design, 30% pm work.

A mobile/web app to keep track of kindergarten children’s growth at school & home.

Conducted/mentored my partner to conduct user interviews/field research with kindergarten teachers, managers, parents, education bureau, early education professors to define the problems. Brainstormed and co-designed with the multi-type stakeholders. Designed the MVP web app and tested it in a top-tier kindergarten. Designed the mobile app. The next year the app was serving 200+ kindergartens, 100k children’s parents and teachers. 70% design, 30% pm work.

Defined product vision and business strategy together with partners. Received 5M CNY seed fund. Led yearbooks design to generate revenue.
