Product Manager leading Security Visualization, Insights, and Reporting for Strata Cloud Manager (SCM).
SCM is the industry's first AI-powered management and operations platform. I directly manage the roadmap for 50 engineers and lead a cross-functional UX team of 5 designers and 3 researchers, and a marketing/TME team. My responsibilities include designing super intuitive and creative visualizations with dynamic dashboards like Command Center and Activity Insights, and creating intuitive workflows to ensure unified visibility and analytics across all of Palo Alto Networks' platform and security services that include Prisma Access, NGFW, SD-WAN, IoT, Data Security, and CDSS. This involves collaborating with over 20 product and engineering teams, building data infrastructure, and driving product integrations to enhance these unified experiences. Additionally, I spearhead platform capabilities such as custom dashboards/reporting workflows, threat intelligence, navigation redesign, and the implementation of role-based access control functionalities.
I lead our product analytics strategy through ownership of Pendo, enabling deep insights into how customers interact with our products. I’ve built scalable frameworks to track feature usage, uncover friction points, and guide prioritization based on real user behavior. Beyond analysis, I actively mentor and train product managers, UX designers, and engineers across the company on how to use these insights to drive roadmap decisions. As a customer-obsessed PM, I engage with at least five customers weekly and collaborate closely with UX researchers to conduct targeted studies: ensuring our product strategy is always anchored in real-world needs and behavior.

• Part of 3 people central team appointed by the SVP to work with influence on Project Actus to streamline the Activation & Onboarding experience for Prisma Access and Prisma Cloud, resulting in a decrease in support cases and an increase in NPS score.
• Interviewed customers and non-users, partnered with 100+ Product managers, design, IT, engineering, sales, customer support, customer success, and many other teams to gather insights, improve the customer journey, and built relationships across speedboats
• Competitive analysis of the customer experience and predict future features, products and revenue
• Managed the planning and execution of a workshop, including competitive analysis, blueprinting, group ideation, prototype building, and action priority matrix, leading to a successful Northstar and roadmap plans
• Performed detailed case data analysis (50K+ cases) for different products across Salesforce, Jira, ServiceNow; gained insights into churn rate, customer growth, problem areas, and ways to improve the taxonomy issue

• Built a technical roadmap and delivered features working with cross-functional teams consisting of Engineers, QA, and Designers.
• Analyzed amplitude analytics data to identify features in workload profile that correlate with customer attrition resulting in product prioritization
• Hired, onboarded and trained a team of engineers
• UI harmonization between Cisco SBG's design system and Tetration's design System to create a cohesive user experience between all of the SBG acquisitions and products
• Identified and deprecated underutilized product features with the help of detailed Amplitude analytics, resulting in no change to customer retention while achieving significant cost savings for the business.

• Managing a global team of 9 engineers (across USA, Romania and India) for building our Tetration product
• Developed core features of Segmentation, a Policy enforcement feature that generates 45% of Tetration's revenue; built a drag-and-drop complex data visualization to view, create and enforce policies.
• Creating re-usable components across the application to easily customize, scale with the demand and reduce testing time.
• Took web accessibility from 0 to 90% in a span of 6 months, making us WCAG compliant
