• Engineered a generative AI pipeline using Whisper API to transcribe 15+ hours of video content, and employing GPT-3.5 for performing detailed thematic analysis, achieving targeted insights in line with our research's guidelines.
• Headed the development of a funded research project that formalized into a novel recommendation system, built using ontology-driven knowledge graphs, Neo4j, Python and custom NLP methods from spaCy.
• Achieved 87.5% accuracy in classifying raw text into FBS ontology categories using spaCy, employing clustered cosine similarity and Named-Entity Recognition methods.
