• Built a predictive model that accounts for past data’s seasonality, trend and constraints to forecast workload demand in wheel-shop
• Utilized Winter- Holt’s model to attain less than 3% prediction error, and performed cost-benefit analysis on the predicted data to determine headcount needed in the wheel shop and reduce over-time costs
• Assisted leadership in capital planning of $150,000 for the Wheel Shops and built Macros that solved Linear programming problem to automate monthly forecasting reports
Process Improvement to reduce Configuration Errors
• Utilized SAS EG to analyze Configuration Errors data from Teradata to find the trends and top drivers contributing to these errors
• Created process maps, collected feedback from technicians to better understand the problems that occur and find scope for improvement
