As a Course Grader for CSCI 576 – Multimedia Systems Design, I was responsible for evaluating graduate-level coursework in a technically rigorous class that covered topics such as image, video, and audio compression (e.g., JPEG, MPEG-1/2/4, H.264, MP3, AAC), multimedia content creation, distribution technologies, DRM, and multimedia networking systems. I assessed and graded complex programming assignments in Python, Java and C++ for midterm and final exams, and final projects that required understanding of signal processing, compression standards, and multimedia systems architecture.
Developed microservices for real-time user room creation, user matching and multiplayer quizzes using NodeJS, TypeScript, Express, Socket IO, MongoDB and Lerna.
