• Led design of Highnote’s first AI-powered decision-support feature, introducing contextual fraud alert recommendations and automated investigation summaries to support Risk workflows.
• Shipped Highnote’s first data visualizations, featuring Sankey, bar, and line charts to show cardholder total spend, average spend, spending paths, and merchant category breakdowns. This improved visibility into cardholder insights and laid the foundation for a data visualization design language.
• Led design of a 0-to-1 internal dashboard for Risk and Operations teams, enabling fraud detection and financial activity monitoring. Collaborated closely with Engineering and Operations to align priorities and user needs.
