• Graduate level course in database design, modeling data, query optimization, client-side & server-side Web development

• Developed a sentence embedding model using Natural Language Processing to improve information retrieval from medical literatures for search queries used in Elsevier's ClinicalKey search engine

• Pre-processed complex medical textbook data retrieved from AWS S3 bucket and parsed 20 features for modeling

• Queried thousands of relations in Elsevier’s Healthcare Knowledge Graph by accessing API with GraphQL

• Evaluated model by analyzing 20000 known relation-sentence matches and achieved an ROC score of 0.98 (improvement from model currently used in production)

• Developed a mathematical model simulating human circadian rhythm clock using 30 ordinary differential equations and parallel computing in MATLAB

• Estimated 98 parameters successfully using a stochastic ranking evolution strategy search algorithm that reproduced experimental data linking 6 circadian clock genes and diurnal preference

• Published to The Journal of Affective Disorder Dec 2022
