   interviews, ideation workshops and user testing across departments.

- Worked with CPO, COO and core product team to increase user adoption for SAP Eureka’s Claims Management System.
- Researched gamification methods tailored for enterprise software  through a playbook co-authored and published by SAP Eureka, 
- Delivered proof-of-concept prototype with developed gamification features (points/badge system). 
- Features secured by CPO to be developed next quarter (Q1 2021). 
- Conducted extensive user testing to refine final product features.
