Enhanced customer experience and optimized the initial setup flow by revising the design system of the new feature of the consumer-facing shopping app under Agile sprint; 150 million customers to shop efficiently and easily access new technology ### Senior UX/UI Designer for AR/VR, Mobile Galaxy smartphone native apps @ Samsung Electronics Jan 2016 – Jan 2022 . Led the design vision, set project direction, and planning, and managed a user-centered team. Collaborated with multi-functional teams across the user-centered design process. Define the basic interaction, scenarios, and wireframing of the AR environment focused on beginner-level users. Exhibited a VIP private demo with AR devices at the Mobile World Congress in 2018. . Generated design systems for Samsung Gear VR. Updated VR applications. Defined and published design systems such as basic interaction guidelines, common design components .
