Restructured Verkada Safe design,  an enterprise emergency management solution

Improved user growth by 50.6%,  session growth by 23%, got 100%+ increases on CPM 
Problem finding and managing stakeholders’ expectations by sprint design meetings
Analyzed user data through google analytics and Fullstory data
Organized design sprints, demos, designed QA  website, and marketing materials

Led the migration of design tools from Sketch to Figma, led workshops to help stakeholders onboard with new tools/workflow. Implemented structure and process to facilitate team communication, alignment, and solutions by set up design sync and presentation
