Spearheaded the design for 3 new initiatives at Upwork, including AI features and the tools marketplace, enabling 650k freelancers to work efficiently and boosting hiring rate by 45%, contributing to a $1M increase in freelancer earnings.

B2B2C:
- Collaborated with Mattress Firm on delivering white-label app.
- Designed corporate wellness program user experience for employees and engagement dashboard for employers. 
- Led the localization design for Resmed Germany app. Delivered wireframes, prototypes and design specs.

- Created sleep coaching, sound classification features to improve users’ sleep improvement experience.

- Finalized and launch PitchPiano (piano learning app) MVP to 40K piano beginners. Improved onboarding and playing experience. Increased weekly retention and conversion rate by around 20%.  
- Redesigned editing feature on Blink (Facebook Messenger chatbot) for 1M users. Deliverables include user flow, wireframes, interactive prototypes, visual designs.
