I joined as the first non-founder design hire, working across the entire product lifecycle to bring our automation and reporting tools to life. Partnering closely with leadership, product, engineering, and go-to-market teams, I identified opportunities, shaped solutions, and measured success for critical 0→1 features. I also led user research to define personas, segment markets, and validate concepts, and collaborated with engineering to create and document the company’s foundational design system.

As Principal Product Designer, I oversaw design of consumer-facing iOS and Android apps. Together, my team and I helped the native diner apps maintain a consistent 4.9-star iOS App Store rating, earn multiple Editors’ Choice awards, and drive over 40% of all reservations. I led a small, high-impact team of designers, translated OKRs into actionable design strategies with product and engineering leaders, and collaborated across multiple teams to create OpenTable’s inaugural design system.
