Drove and executed the migration of Business AI onto a unified messaging infrastructure powering Meta AI, enabling cross-platform consistency across Messenger, Facebook, and Meta Business Suite.

Built backend support for lead generation workflows, including business lead form mutations and conversational logic such as skipping repeated questions after reaching retry limits to ensure correct and efficient lead collection.

Designed and implemented instruction data models and storage for Business AI, supporting both instructions generated from AI response rewrites and management-level constraints such as topics to avoid.

Integrated ads audience targeting into conversational workflows by enabling businesses to configure eligible ads and enforcing thread-level eligibility checks at runtime to determine whether AI agents should respond.

Led the AI Conversation Insights project end-to-end, from planning and metric definition to data collection, experimentation, and execution, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to drive product decisions.
