Sponsored by Bank of America and guided by Carnegie Mellon University, the aim of this intern project was to explore how banking and finance-related activities could be translated into an interactive television and mobile experience for households. I was working in a 5-person team to lead user research and user experience. I drove the delivery of one user research report, one design report and a coded prototype on iPad and TV to our customers.
