This is MHCI Capstone project which lasted eight months. Our client is Mastercard and the goal is to drive consumer preference for Mastercard. We went through concept ideation and iterations and eventually delivered product Ohana - an educational credit product for teenagers to gain financial confidence through the mentorship of their parents.

• Responsible for App Store kids app category China area. Reviewed and tested 600+ kid apps from usability and interaction design perspectives to feature on App Store.

• Conducted research and analysis on App Store status and Chinese social media.

• Provided cross-functional support for editorial, marketing, business, developer relations, and fraud team.

• Initiated redesign project for driver website for Uber Beijing and proposed improved design layout.

• Created driver performance tracking system for driver quality control. Designed survey and test site for driver retraining process.
