• Led and designed the backend music engine which integrates generative deep learning models to produce interactive jazz music. Built music evaluation tools to reduce development cycle times by 40%.

• Developed the backend news service that collects popular social media contents and create machine generated news articles via machine learning models. Responsible for crawling, parsing, cover image selection, composing, logging and monitoring. Improved pipeline times by 50% and grow 10x in daily active user.

• Managed Docker, Kubernetes and AWS clusters for building, distributing and deploying applications.

• Developed hadoop-based pipeline for distributed data processing and performed query optimization to transformed merchandiser’s online data to actionable business insights.

• Built full-stack web application to provide customer access to their sites' analytics and make data-informed decisions and live changes of their site. Used React, jQuery and Java Play Framework.
