Cloud Cost Engineering

• Led the effort to surface insights about cloud bills and drive cost management / accountability within the company, a critical component to the company's profitability goals

• Established the core analytics around cloud costs including product and customer margins, unit economics, internal cost and waste tracking etc

• Contributed to other efforts in cost engineering such as alerting, cloud tagging and waste detection

• Worked closely with Finance, Engineering and Product

• Led a team of 3 to support Sales, Finance and Partner Ecosystem

• Build e2e ML products: account scoring, booking forecast, linkage algorithm for account matching

• Support analytics needs from Sales, Marketing and Finance

• Drive x-functional projects with Sales, Product Marketing, Business Systems

• Worked with Senior VPs in Sales and Finance to drive business predictability

• Founding member of the Data team

• Architected an account matching system to ingest / match / dedupe data from various sources to expand the account base and drive the GTM effort

• Established KPIs and built dashboards to track metrics for booking, NRR, sales productivity and efficiency
