I have 3+ years of experience in the design field. I led the user experience design of delivery service with AI teams in ByteDance, including a B2C delivery mobile app for customers and drivers to take and place items, and a B2B internal management platform (Robot-end) for admin.

I’m familiar with the in-house design model and professional design methodologies. I’m skillful at User Research, Wireframing, and Hi-fi prototyping that efficiently communicates user flows and design intent with stakeholders to provide design solutions and drive results through effective communication with internal stakeholders. 

Furthermore, I have experience collaborating from start to finish with cross-functional teams including product managers engineers, and marketing to understand users' needs, business objectives, and technical limitations, providing insights and driving results through effective communication and expertise in UX.
