- Worked with Dr. Shri Narayanan’s, a world renowned linguist, to conduct this research study on how language disfluencies in kids with autism differed from those of typically developing children. 
- Although I was denied publication, I honed my ability to understand and conduct research while also improving my leadership skills.

ROBOTICS LAB

- Worked in Dr. Maja Mataric’s lab and assisted PhD student Caitlyn Clabaugh in her research. We determined whether the annotations of verbal communication, nonverbal communication, affect and body language of the children we observed indicated whether the interactive robots we had were effective in social interaction. 
- Earned a URAP scholarship as a result of my reliability in meeting deadlines, diligence in achieving high quality work, and leadership in ensuring optimal cohesion of the research team.
