Led end-to-end product design from defining product vision and North Star experience to shipping 20+ features on the Alexa for PC app to global customers.

Delivered customer-centered design solutions by conducting user research and workshops, creating a design system, and implementing designs with low-high fidelity mockups.

Developing mechanisms to collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners,

managing design requirements, priorities, and roadmaps and hiring designers to grow the team.

The app rating raised from 2.3 to 4.1 stars.

Overseeing and designing across Alexa built-in products (TV, PC, tablet, watch, speakers, etc)

Creating Bixby core experience and principles across Samsung devices : mobile, TV, watch, home appliance, and speakers.

Publishing a conversational design system and guidelines as scalable components to enable the hero use cases within the AI platform constraints, for Samsung developers and the public.

Designing and shipping Sony’s main product categories to a global audience. VAIO laptop PC, Walkman series, mobile companion apps, Bravia TV, Sony Blu-ray players, Camera apps, Life Space UX, MESH project and Sony smart glasses.

Working closely with PMs and engineers, creating product concepts and use cases and conducting user research in the earlier stage of product development and in R&D projects.
