Hi, I’m Yongjia — a senior product designer with around 7 years of experience designing enterprise SaaS tools. I’m currently based in South bay area.
At Datavant, I lead design for a suite of AI-powered, human-in-the-loop healthcare products that help healthcare workers review patient data more efficiently and accurately. My work centers on complex domains, workflow design, system scalability, and guiding interactions around AI assistance.

I lead the end-to-end UX design for an AI-powered data-coding platform (PaaS) that improve the use of clinical data.
After Datavant’s acquisition of Apixio, I guided the product through its post-MVP transformation into a scalable, production-ready platform used by enterprise clients.

Revamped and delivered a role-based document management and review experience, resulting in a more than 50% increase in user efficiency and accuracy.

Led design of a machine learning model building and training web tool from ideation to launch.
