Dynata is the leading platform in providing survey respondents, and creating surveys to aid with Market Research. My role:
• Established a governance process for Dynata’s design system to reduce inefficiencies and accelerate the speed of production.
• Collaborated with the PM on the definition and documentation phase of Dynata’s new product for on demand market research.
• Helped illustrate the multidimensionality of the problem at hand and the necessity of having a simple unified solution to help users with learnability and establishing a market edge.
• Led the end to end design process of DIY Market research solutions, including problem definition, competitive analysis, user story mapping, prototyping, and conducting usability testing
• Facilitated meetings and workshops along cross functional teams to bring alignment and visibility into the process
