Migrated a hard-coded UI metamodel to be backend-driven as part of a new QuickBooks experience, removing the responsibility of data compliance from developers and reducing workload.

Improved Quickbooks GB mobile responsiveness, refactored UI components to standardize style and improve accessibility, and resolved input bugs.

Spearheaded a user-monitoring initiative to track failed customer interactions across several plugins, providing insight into the user experience and identifying areas for improvement.

Built React components for QuickBooks Payroll as part of a feature rollout for 200,000 + Massachussets-based users. Wrote jest unit tests, and performed regression, rollback, and sanity tests upon each release. Worked alongside a team to publish an internal extension that allows teams to share login credentials for test accounts.

Built front and back-end components used across different teams to provide QuickBooks project management functionality. Rolled out a large-scale refactoring of over 60 files to increase code functionality, readability, and extensibility. Wrote integration and unit tests using the Karate integration test framework and Junit. Onboarded new team members, hosted technical meetings, and updated documentation. Researched various ML tools as a side project to develop a model for an auto-fill use case, and presented the findings to the Small Business & Self-Employed Group team (SBSEG).
