Utilize extensive knowledge of jewelry brands, jewelry processing, design, and gemstones to confidently answer customers' inquiries and provide informed recommendations.

Manage payment and return transactions with precision and accuracy, while maintaining thorough records of all transactions.

Consistently monitor and manage jewelry inventory through regular stock counts, ensuring that all items are properly maintained and visually displayed to maximize sales potential.

Formulate the annual product R & D plan. Overall-design theme series such as Wedding/ Chinese Zodiac/ Filigree Art/Fashion/Exhibition etc.

Guide each team for project designing. Promote the project due on time.

Accurately refine the value of products and participate in planning, publicity and marketing programs, report to FVP ( First Vice President).

Supervise the whole process of new product design and making.

Participated in the design and production process of the《Green Earth》high jewelry project, a collaboration between the Hwa Tsang and the MIKIMOTO designer Nagai Junko. The series consisted of 27 products. During the collaboration, responsible for communicating and resolving production issues with the Japanese designer team.

As a gemstone buyer, sourced required gemstones and facilitated special cutting and polishing according to design requirements. Assisted in the overall progress of the product line.

Communicated with clients to design and customize unset gemstones.

Communicate and brief guideline to vender for window installation. Help VM Supervisor to manage and direct BTQ daily display.

Implement seasonal event（Such as: Mongolia, Bridal, The Great Gatsby, Christmas Holiday and Valentine’s day and store update）window display launch, case-line presentation, pedestal set up, showcase display installation and lighting,etc.

Working with product team, implement the new product launch and window display. Keep good communication with each team.
