• Architected and led Stripe’s distributed caching service V2, significantly reducing infrastructure cost and latency while increasing peak throughput and availability; filed a patent for the novel design.

• Expert in internal-facing tier-zero Bastion service, supporting secured network traffic between all the core OCI cloud computing services and on-premise devices throughout the world.
• Streamlined the build-out process of Bastion service in new data centers which involves dozens of critical components, greatly reducing the build-out time from weeks to hours. This project possesses high cooperation-wide visibility and impact.

End-to-end designed and implemented Bastion agent in Golang from 0 → 1, which are being deployed to hundreds of remote Bastion servers all around the world as part of our flagship OCI cloud computing security product. Backend Development:
• Built and maintained a generic data servicing platform serving multiple data science teams.
• Developed and deployed a Spring Boot–based GraphQL API with fuzzy search, integrating Elasticsearch and Snowflake; ran the service on Kubernetes.

Data Engineering:
• Designed and maintained multiple ETL pipelines, orchestrated with Airflow and executed on Spark (AWS EMR); implemented storage solutions using PostgreSQL, Amazon S3, and Amazon Redshift.
