I streamlined workflows, updated interfaces, and validated updates with the operations team and developers. The finished product led to an increase in the number of live programs manageable by an operator from 10 to 16, and a 20% reduction in human error.
As a multimedia designer at "KTSF", I created broadcast assets, including graphic designs, motion graphics, video editing, and website designs. I contributed to the successful organizational rebranding.
