For the past ten years, I have led and contributed to all phases of the design process, including user research, wireframes, branding, prototypes, usability testing, demos, and high-fidelity product designs. I conduct thorough user research and analysis to identify pain points, user behaviors, and key moments in the user journey. I'm passionate about designing seamless and delightful experiences that solve real user problems. I work with leadership and product teams to define a clear design vision and translate that vision into a roadmap of initiatives and projects that will bring it to life. The prototypes have significantly boosted the sale of the advertising products and greatly helped to define specs for development. • Data-driven Tools’ Redesign: Analyzing existing data, structures and layouts; Rethinking user journeys to support future service models; Simplifying processes to enhance productivity; Ensuring consistency across multiple platforms. • Animations: Providing animated SVG assets to run in all development environments; Producing videos for promotional materials and internal training materials.
