For the past ten years, I have led and contributed to all phases of the design process, including user research, wireframes, branding, prototypes, usability testing, demos, and high-fidelity product designs. I conduct thorough user research and analysis to identify pain points, user behaviors, and key moments in the user journey. I'm passionate about designing seamless and delightful experiences that solve real user problems. I work with leadership and product teams to define a clear design vision and translate that vision into a roadmap of initiatives and projects that will bring it to life. I strive to provide businesses with design strategies that will help them to scale and grow over time. My skill include:

• Responsive Web and Native App Products: Creating architecture flows to clarify objectives and requirements; Turning user journeys into easy-to-understand design concepts; Gathering and implementing feedback from users, clients, and internal teams; Collaborating with developers to deliver user-centric products that meet business objectives in a timely manner.

• High-fidelity Prototypes: Building prototypes to demonstrate interactions and transitions of the user journey. The prototypes have significantly boosted the sale of the advertising products and greatly helped to define specs for development.

• Data-driven Tools’ Redesign: Analyzing existing data, structures and layouts; Rethinking user journeys to support future service models; Simplifying processes to enhance productivity; Ensuring consistency across multiple platforms.

• Animations: Providing animated SVG assets to run in all development environments; Producing videos for promotional materials and internal training materials.

I also provided design solutions for LinkedIn Audience Sync and unified Integration Settings. Additionally, I facilitate cross-BU design discussions in order to establish a common design language.

As part of the Global R&D team, I developed self-serve experiences for Next-Generation Digital Insurance Products. I have designed administrative platforms, campaign management systems, and pension/retirement estimators for clients such as Lincoln Financial Group, Prudential Financial, and MetLife. (In 2026, Vitech Systems Group was acquired by Majesco.)

With co-branded content from Group Nine's featured brands Thrillist, The Dodo, and PopSugar, I designed and shipped over 10 advertising campaign websites. The Island Hoppers campaign won the “Best of the Week'' on Numerator in June 2019. (In 2022, Group Nine Media was acquired by Vox Media.)
