Led cross-functional discovery and brainstorming workshops to identify opportunities and gaps in the treatment experience as well as Rx distribution. Our goal was often to find ways that would make our treatment more clinically effective and also connect with patients on a human level.
Orchestrated the creation and migration of design systems to evangelize a shared language and improve efficiency across teams.
A scrappy team, I was also responsible for tackling our brand and marketing efforts — from launching our commercial websites to crafting social media posts, business cards, booth designs etc.
