As a contractor, I worked on an internal data center management platform supporting global IT teams. I designed workflows for monitoring physical devices across locations, including error tracking and resolution. A key focus was simplifying the complex connection between hardware and software systems into clear, intuitive experiences.
As a UI Designer (Contract) at Instagram, I contributed to Polaris, Instagram’s web design system, owning components and patterns end to end, from structure and naming to scalable usage guidelines. Working within a fast-paced, results-driven culture, I delivered high-impact improvements in a short timeframe, strengthening cross-functional adoption and raising system consistency across teams.
As a UX Designer (Contract) on the Design team at JPMorgan Chase, I worked on Rent Hub, designing solutions for both tenants and landlords within a dual-sided rental platform. I owned tenant-facing features end to end while collaborating closely on the landlord experience, ensuring both business and customer needs were aligned into a seamless, secure, and cohesive product journey.
As a UI Designer (Contract) on the Reach UX team at Google, I contributed to the Google Ads design system by owning components end to end, from visual exploration and iconography to interaction patterns, usage definitions, constraints, and best-practice guidelines. I combined advanced visual craft with systematic thinking to create scalable, well-documented components that supported consistent adoption across product teams.
Additionally, I redesigned UX design system illustrations for components that impact over 230 enterprise products, benefiting 500 UX designers. Furthermore, I developed style guide documentations to educate and empower 15 visual designers.
