At Maven Clinic, I led a team of product designers in shaping the design vision and strategy for core member experiences across maternity, fertility, and menopause programs on both web and mobile platforms. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, I ensured design initiatives aligned with product roadmaps and broader strategic goals. Additionally, I streamlined design processes to improve team efficiency and operational effectiveness, fostering a more scalable and impactful design practice.

As the design manager for web, mobile, and TV platforms at MasterClass, I oversaw a team of six product designers, guiding the design strategy and execution. Collaborating with Product and Engineering leadership, I played a key role in defining product roadmaps and delivering user-centric solutions. My work focused on enhancing content discovery, improving core content consumption, exploring new content formats, and developing learning support tools to elevate the overall user experience.
